Easy to Use Wrestling Charts for all ages

Making wrestling fun, especially for young wrestlers is essential.  One way to do this is by using a chart to track skill development.   The chart below gives young athletes goals, direction and feedback.

The idea is to teach your athletes to use several variations of set ups and takedowns to enhance their wrestling.  Once the wrestlers master each skill they can check off the box.  When the chart is complete they earn a reward.  I use live wrestling as my definition of mastering the skill.  If the athlete completes a low single using an under hook as a set up during live wrestling they can then check off that box.

You can set the chart up however you like depending on your focus and level of development.
